btw, i do not see how we could compute the amount tax included per
invoice line as this information isn't (yet?) stored at this level...
currently it's only available at the invoice level (and recomputing this
amount on the fly in a psql view is excluded).

i begin to think we should also simply remove that column. Is it really
usefull?
