this feature is now a part of l10n_us.  there are even sales taxes for
all the counties in california!

  No listbox for state

Status in OpenERP - US Localization:
  New

Bug description:
  When you start the installation and create users, there is a listbox
  to enter their state (NY CA WA etc....). There is no information in
  the listbox - just a blank.

  I'm running the server and web app on Ubuntu 10.04 and accessing it
  remotely through firefox on windows.
