In my understanding, a view type location is only for hierarchical
purpose and should never contain physical inventory. 

Nevertheless in openerp when you create a picking, you can choose a view
type location and assign some stock inside. The same can happen if you
assign a view type location to a warehouse that is later automatically
set up in the picking when you validate the order.

  Stock: a view location is valid as destination warehouse

Bug description:
  It should be possible to accept a view location as destination warehouse in stock picking (this is the case)
  but it should not be possible to validate a picking with a view warehouse location.
