Bug description:
  GTK and WEB behave different

  Example
  Account - Chart of Accounts
  GTK
  * set fiscal year as default -> copies periods into  from/to into form
  WEB
  * set fiscal year as default -> does NOT copy periods into from/to into form

  IMHO GTK behaces correctly.
