[Bug 781585] [NEW] [PS] Error when typing unsupported character in a recurring model and generating the entries

* Accounting/Configuration/Miscellaneous/Recurring Models, define a
recurring model with name "%year". Then click on "created entries"
Obtained result : I get the following error :
