[Bug 782021] [NEW] translation subsystem problem

Public bug reported:

I'm using the stable V6.02.
the system is setup on Ubuntu 11.04, local language is zh_CN, the default language for Openerp user is English.
When I press the 'Compute scheduler', the below log info repeat endlessly:
2011-05-13 13:52:59,750][test] DEBUG:translate:no translation language detected, skipping translation for ""Procurement '%s' is in exception: ""
[2011-05-13 13:52:59,895][test] DEBUG:translate:no translation language detected, skipping translation for "'Not enough stock and no minimum orderpoint rule defined.
... ...

Although it was not blocking the other operations on openerp, I've
noticed that the postgres is taking 100%CPU

** Affects: openobject-server
