Indeed the problem is reproducible on both stable and Trunk versions... If you have a patch as per your comment #1
It would be nice  to have it as a merge proposal for the same.

  [PS] crm_caldav - wrong url when synchronizing a meeting calendar

Bug description:
  With OpenERP v6 (stable)

  With an online DB when I try to synchronize the meetings calendar and
  I get the following URL: http://localhost:8069/webdav/test-
  mail/calendars/users/admin/c/Meetings

  Expected behavior: an adapted URL according to the URL of the DB which
  is for my example: http://test-mail.my.openerp.com:8069/webdav/test-
  mail/calendars/users/admin/c/Meetings
