thank you for the video. as I answered in the question you forced, I
agree that it changes to 100% when "done". however, IMO, 99,99 has NO
meaning.

of course, you can think otherwise, but that doesn't make this "a
question". If it is not a bug proper, it is a flaw of design...

Bug description:
  hello!

  While using the module Project,
  Project > Project >Tasks
  I create a new task, with e.g. 5h estimated time.
  then I add work done 5h 

  the progress bar stops at 99.99% instead of 100%
