Hello Bogdan,

I have checked your issue but I don't agree with you.

Whenever your task is done i.e after pressing "DONE" button than and
than only your progress bar is 100%, otherwise it will show 99.99%.
Because your task currently is in progress state.

I have attached a video for your reference.

So this is not a bug and I am closing this issue.

Bug description:
  hello!

  While using the module Project,
  Project > Project >Tasks
  I create a new task, with e.g. 5h estimated time.
  then I add work done 5h 

  the progress bar stops at 99.99% instead of 100%
