[Bug 794614] Re: customer address clobbered

 

Hello Leigh Willard,

I have checked your issue, It is working proper way when we are using
"save" button but not working proper behavior when we use "save & edit"
button and enter new address of customer. I have attached a video for
reference.

Title:

Status in OpenERP Web Client:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  v 6.0.2  web
  Open an existing customer that has at least 1 address already defined.
  Click NEW to create a new address.
  In the email field, only enter "bad email" (do not put the @ symbol)
  Click on Save/Edit.
  OpenERP writes a message in red saying the email address is invalid.
  Fix the email address and push Save/Edit.

  The original address gets deleted and over-written by the new address!
