I am also facing this problem, and I am now using ver 6.0.2 , would you please advise which version you using that can generate delivery order correctly??

Bug description:
  With demo data. In the case of a two-time delivery (stock output and
  output costumer). At the final three movements are generated: one
  stock to output and two output to customer.
