Public bug reported:

Couple of small fixes:

1. Price types - looking at conversations, it appears these are no longer used so should go from menu (has been removed on purchasing but there on sales)
2. Under rules --> price computation, 
   a) partner section of product form - can be removed? (may have been related to price types?)
   b) normal cost - the documentation says this is standard cost * quantity sold, so how it it ever be used for pricing?
