This bug report is correct, but is blocked by the lack of context parameter during workflow execution i.e. bug 710533.
We'll have to fix bug 710533 before we can fix this one.

  Log unstranslated

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In web client, (Saas Instance),

  log which appear with user action appear untranslated while they are
  translated.

  to reproduce :

  - Log you in french 
  - create a sale order (Ventes/Ventes/Bons de commande)
  - confirm it (Confirmer)
  - this english message appears : The quotation '%s' has been converted to a sales order.
  - In Administration/Translation (traduction in french)/ translation terms (terme à traduire in french), search the source "has been converted" -> you can see that this source  is translated

  expected behaviour :  it should appears in french if you are using
  openERP in french
