I have checked your issue But I am not getting your point exactly where
did you face the error.

Have you created a "Minimum Stock Rules" for stockable product? and if
you created so please described whole rule here.

And I am not understand where you faced the error.

So Would you please elaborate more information on this or provide the
proper steps.

  Compute Schedulers error

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Using the prodcurement compute scheduler for a stockable product that
  is purchased. The system creates the purchase quotation correctly, but
  after receiving the goods it also creates an OP movement which results
  in Real stock being overstated by a factor of 2.

  My warehouse set up involves bringing stock into an inwards goods
  location then doing an internal transfer to a picking location
  (created by the chaining set up for the inwards goods location).

  I end up with the following (as an example):
