Public bug reported:

Using the prodcurement compute scheduler for a stockable product that is
purchased. The system creates the purchase quotation correctly, but
after receiving the goods it also creates an OP movement which results
in Real stock being overstated by a factor of 2.

My warehouse set up involves bringing stock into an inwards goods
location then doing an internal transfer to a picking location (created
by the chaining set up for the inwards goods location).

I end up with the following (as an example):
