Hello,

yes, the menus have been removed, I guess it was to avoid confusing the
users. You can get the variant working by installing the
product_variant_multi extra-addons. It's working well.

  I can't create a product variant like this, for a shoes' reseller

  A shoe (product)
  A shoe T40 (variant 1 )
  A shoe T41 (variant 2)

  I can't find anymore the view or the menu to do this.

  In the openerp base tables, i find tables dealing with that.
