This happens in version 5 only.

>From any form view containing a many2one field, I put some text in this
field and press TAB, a popup search shows up.

In case there's no record found regarding the text, nothing goes wrong.
But if there is, it displays wrong count of records found (so the paging is not correct too).

Summary: the counting method in this case has a problem.
