Public bug reported:

When adding an attachment to an email 'Save & Close' seems to hang with
a "Loading .." message.

As a workaround, 'Save & New' returns pretty much straight away,
Cancelling the new (additional) attachment returns with the original
attachment.

As another test, I created added an attachment and went 'Save & Close',
waited and then 'Cancelled'. Added another attachment and went 'Save &
New', after than saved I cancelled. BOTH attachments were in the email.

This issue DOES NOT happen in the GTK client.   Issue has been found in
Firefox and Chrome on Ubuntu, and IE 8 on Windows 7.
