[Bug 828020] [NEW] Incorrect tax-included rounding in invoice

Public bug reported:

In Taiwan the smallest currency unit used is 1 dollar, no cents exist in
everyday usage. There are cases where an individual product is priced at
less than a whole dollar but the total amount to be paid is always
rounded to a full dollar unit. Therefore the currency rounding factor in
OpenERP is set to "1.000000".

Most products sold incur a 5% VAT which is nearly always included in the
final price advertised to the customer.

In OpenERP when an invoice with several products that have 5% VAT (tax
included) applied the totals calculated are correct in the tax fields
but not in the invoice totals.

For example if three products are sold at $10 TWD each with the 5% VAT
included, the invoice total is $31 TWD instead of the correct $30 TWD (3
x 10 TWD).

This bug is easy to reproduce and I have attached a screenshot of the
issue in a clean demo setup on v6.0.2. This was in the customer invoice
form. The sales order form is also affected.

** Affects: openobject-addons
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
