I have tested same scenario with latest code but it raise a warning message for confirm 
Timesheet.

  Attendance on confirmed timesheet

Bug description:
  Hello,

  There is a exact same issue than the bug : https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-addons/+bug/760493
  But with the attendances. From within the timesheet sheet, you cannot write an attendance for another sheet than the current sheet, so it's ok.
  But if you open the attendances view, you can create an attendance on any timesheet.
