version: 6.0.3

Steps to reproduce:
- create a new bank statement
- enter a date in the past (which is the typical use case)
- create a statement line ==> the default date is the current date

Expected behaviour: the proposed date for statement lines should be the
statement date.

Indeed, the current date is never a correct default, while the statement
date will be a correct default when the bank sends a statement per day.
