Public bug reported:

i want that whenever a lead has been changed into an opportunity, the
responsible person will be changed and an email will be sent to the
responsible.

i have set the conditions only to responsible, sales team and state is
open. so when a lead has a responsible of admin and sales team to sales
department with a state of open, the responsible person should be
changed with what i have set in the actions tab and sends an email with
the values i have set in email configuration.

But, there were no changes whenever the lead has been changed to
opportunity.

Could somebody enlighten me with this?
