makes the shiny new c2c webkit reports fail with demo data :)

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  all periods have special = true = these are opening/closing periods -
  which is not true of course

  BTW after installing i have 2 fiscal years
  * 2011 open
  * 2012 closed - why this
