Hello Ferdinand,

I have checked your bug report. I am agree with you, This type of
confusions occurs because in "Export Data" view the e column names comes
from then "form view" that doesn't matter you are in tree/form view.

And it would require modifying clients and server to support this type
feature So currently I am assigning this as server side if require then
will change this to client side.

But this is an improvement not a bug so we will consider this as a
feature request and I am setting this as a "Wishlist".

Title:
  export confusing column names

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  this is very confusing
  1) Public Price becomes Sale Price in export selection list
  2) if export compatible is set the internal names are used as column names
  (didn't try to import yet, but in v5 and v6.0 for import we had to use the translated = displayed column names)

  suggestion
  if import compatible is selected ( and internal names should go into column headers) 
  display the internal names next to the column labes in the "Fields to Export"

  users have absolutely no chance to understand this name transformation if it is not shown 
  I even would suggest to have an option to export a first line with the Labels (on demand) with the internal names in the second line.

  and I still believe that most people would like to have
  * Export all Data
  * export Format Excel
  as default

  and/or allow to set user defaults for these
