	I have tested your scenario but I did not face any problem with 
   	new web client so can you please check it again.

        I have attached a video  for your reference.

  wizard chart of account is not launched anymore

Bug description:
  THE WIZARD OF CHART OF ACCOUNT IS NOT LAUNCHED AFTER INSTALLING
  MODULES THAT NEED IT (SALES, POS, PURCHASE, HR TIMESHEET INVOICE AND
  ALL OTHER MODULES THAT USE THE INVOICING SYSTEM)

  it must be launch. the user has to choose a chart of account
