look at this video, you clearly see that the wizard "choose your chart
of account" is not launched after installing the Sales application.

both accounting Wizards 
- Accounting Chart Configuration
 - Generate Chart of Accounts from a Chart Template

 must get launch after installing : Sales, Purchase, Invoicing,
Accounting, Timesheet_invoice, ... and all other application that need
invoicing system !!!

Bug description:
  THE WIZARD OF CHART OF ACCOUNT IS NOT LAUNCHED AFTER INSTALLING
  MODULES THAT NEED IT (SALES, POS, PURCHASE, HR TIMESHEET INVOICE AND
  ALL OTHER MODULES THAT USE THE INVOICING SYSTEM)

  it must be launch. the user has to choose a chart of account
