I corrected a bug that occurred when the chart of account wizard was
launched which probably made it unusable. Now it works but there is
still a problem:

I create a new database, then, from the home page, I install the sale
module -> no wizard appears (the chart of account wizard should be
displayed). There is no error message in the console.

  THE WIZARD OF CHART OF ACCOUNT IS NOT LAUNCHED AFTER INSTALLING
  MODULES THAT NEED IT (SALES, POS, PURCHASE, HR TIMESHEET INVOICE AND
  ALL OTHER MODULES THAT USE THE INVOICING SYSTEM)

  it must be launch. the user has to choose a chart of account
