  [6.0] invoice number regression

Bug description:
  Hello,

  This concerns that latest bzr code in the 6.0 series.

  When one validates an invoice, a draft journal entry is created, and
  the invoice receives the number /. When one validates the draft
  journal entry, the journal entry receives a correct number, but the
  invoices keeps number /.

  This looks like a regression due to revision 4577.2.262, which now
  requires the journal.entry_posted flag to be set.
