Title:
  Converted leads status is wrong when merged to existing opportunity

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  1) Normally, a Lead will disappear in Leads list after it has been converted
  to an Opportunity. But after we merged a Lead to an existing Opportunity,
  this Lead will NOT disappear in the Leads list but its Stage will change
  to "Lost" instead of "Converted".

  So there are two problems in this procedure: 
  a) the converted Lead doesn't disappear in Leads list 
  b) the logical problem of Stage changing.
