Account voucher lines
currently it's a 2-click solution - the line must be "saved" and a new one "created"
in o2m the typical workflow is to "SAVE AND CONTINUE" only for the last record it's save. 
IMHO we need either
* 2 buttons  like in pop-up window or
* "save and continue" in the line AND save on top next to create for the final save
this would allow a keyboard only data entry - whereas the current situation needs a mouse click for create

btw the cancel button is always on the right side, in o2m on the left
side !??
