Install project_issues

the form (Project/Project/Issues) is like broken ...

- No reaction of buttons : change resolution, convert to task and all state button. 
- the pager always show 0/0
- the o2m work log is not displayed

About state, show

in New state : show "Cancel" Solve" "close"
In to solve state show :cancel  Close Pending, Escalate 
in pending state show : cancel solve close escalate
in closed or canceled state show "Reset To draft"

All features should work as in GTK
