[Bug 879423] Re: Centralizing Journal
Hello,
@Team
When we have journal and we create any journal entry, journal entry is done in particular period even in journal entry view you can see the period_id field is required
Now when you print "Centralizing Journal" report , it show something like journal repost based on journal but also period wise cause it can show you each journal amount periods wise but here no Period id printed it show total, but total of which period cause Journal works in Period , journal entries are created by periods.
BTW When you selected filter, It show something like in your selected period each period wise total should be shown not total from this report you can not figure what was your business in particular period.
So I suggesting that the report will printed like this.
--Journal
----- Period 1 Total
------Reriod 2 Total
This issue not only for this report, I think need to improve all report
which are related to the journal. And this is like an improvement so you
will make it as a "wishlist" also.
@Els Van Vossel,
Would you please check this and correct me If I am wrong, also provide
your suggestion here.
Thank you!

Title:
Centralizing Journal
Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
Confirmed
Bug description:
Trunk
client revno 1985
web revno 1321
server revno 3772
addons revno 5433
Go to the menu Accounting --> Reporting --> Legal Reports --> Journals --> Centralizing Journal.
Keep the default settings (no filter; all journals selected)
The journal is centralising per journal and per period, but no period
is printed. This makes the report very unclear.
The period should be printed too.
Regards,
Els
