Go to the menu Accounting --> Reporting --> Legal Reports --> Journals --> Centralizing Journal.
Keep the default settings (no filter; all journals selected)

The journal is centralising per journal and per period, but no period is
printed. This makes the report very unclear.

The period should be printed too.
