I'll edit the bug to reflect this, then.

The point of collapsing sections is that they don't take room in the
view. Keeping the titles horizontal often wouldn't reduce the horizontal
space taken by the section, and therefore would not have any purpose.

Some summary info might be useful indeed, though. I'll have to see with
our usability department head.
