[Bug 883077] Re: the top level menu is not completely loaded after installing hr
i am still face the issues, but i can't explain how to reproduce. It
often happens with sales or hr, when changing user preferences or change
add a new application.

the top level menu is not completely loaded after installing hr

Bug description:
chrome, trunk, web client.
it seems occur only with hr.
create a new db, from the first hp (the one to install application), install hr. then, add more feature and add 2 features of hr application -> the web client is loading and the second hp (the one with all application is fully loaded but not the top level menu bar, hr application is not there.
