I have checked this issue again at my end.
But I did not face problem it working fine  so 
I  am  closing this issue if you still 
face the same problem then you can reopen it 
with more clarification.

  newly created resources are not transferred to the calling form

  Example
  create PO and validate it
  open receipts, open product, open product category, create stock input account, save - the newly created account is not shown in category form
