yes it's exactly the problem,
my point is, can the size of the pupup window be dynamic ?

on bigger screens there is no reason  to make the pupup to small to be able to view all elements hence I suggest a minimum width instead of absolute width

Bug description:
  IMHO pop up windows should not have scrollbars if enough space is available 
  does it work with min-height / min-width ?
