try like this :

1/ install a db with demo data
2/ from fisrt hp, install project
3/ you can see that the project is not available from top menu bar
4/ add more features, install "sales"
5/ load chart of account
6/ db isn't fully loaded

  the top level menu is not completely loaded after installing hr

Bug description:
  chrome, trunk, web client.

  it seems occur only with hr. 
  create a  new db, from the first hp (the one to install application), install hr. then, add more feature and add 2 features of hr application -> the web client is loading and the second hp (the one with all application is fully loaded but not the top level menu bar, hr application is not there.
