[Bug 420486] [NEW] When dragging an icon, releasing the mouse button active the launcher/applet

Public bug reported:

This is a minor bug, version 2.1.0-alpha, ubuntu jaunty 64 bits.

Dragging an icon an then releasing that icon active the launcher
associated with that icon. it should append nothing because I WANT ONLY
TO MOVE THAT ICON.

In summary, dragging an icon should disable the icon's action until the
next mouse down event.

EDIT: this bug does not realize every time. I suggest that when I 'll
find the exact way to reproduce that, I'll post it immediately. But this
really exists ! It must be a small bug to find so if you have 15 mn :)

Bests !
