Public bug reported:

In the default Cairo-Dock theme the Firefox and the Thunderbird starters haven't icons, instead the question mark is displayed.
The images' names have to be "firefox-3.5" and "thunderbird".

Of course this bug considers just the development version Ubunu 9.10, so
it should be fixed in the package of ubuntu.
