With cairo-dock -c, same problem.
The launcher is already active, when I click on that, the window is maximized, then if I click again quickly on the same launcher to re-minimize the window, cairo-dock become hidden and i can't use it. The only way to show again the dock is to open a window not maximized, but at that time the dockbar is stuck.
