You were right! By directly choosing Position, I saw the Xinerama option appeared!
With that enabled, the dock is perfectly positioned in my laptop monitor.

But I still cannot make it apprear on the external monitor. That's not
that necessary though.

So, I consider my problem solved! Thanks!

Bug description:
I am using ubuntu and I tried to set up tow monitors side by side.
However the Cairo-Dock doesn't adjust to the multiple monitors by itself. It assumes a single desktop and put itself in the "center", which results in a splited dock across screens.
