[Bug 485159] [NEW] Some applications have problem with Systray

Public bug reported:

Some applications, which work correctly with Gnome Notification Area,
show unusual behaviors with Cairo-Dock's systray when it's on the dock.
A part of this problem may be because some applications don't "see" the
systray if its icon isn't clicked once at least (i.e., when its dialog
isn't shown at least one time).

For example, until the systray icon isn't clicked once, Pidgin quits
when it is closed, while it should continue running in systray. Also
Alarm Clock doesn't behave as expected even when the systray isn't on
the dock, while it works correctly with Gnome Notification Area. The
third application I want to mention is Livestation: it can't be started
at all when the systray dialog is hidden.

** Affects: cairo-dock-plug-ins
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
