Hi all,
with the last update (2.1.3-0alpha0-20091219-0ubuntu1~ppa2~jaunty) on ubuntu 9.04 amd64, CD crash at startup if started automaticately with the OS.
This fact is quite usual, but before this release, CD open the configuration window on crash.
Here, CD open a lot of sh with the command : cairo-dock -o -m -m -m... the number of switch '-m' seems to be variable (between 1 and 50 maybe)

Hope this will help you find the bug.

PS : as said, the crash at startup is quite usual if CD is launch with the OS. CD seems to need a sleep of 10s. If not, I have just this warning : 
warning :  (cairo-dock-modules.c:cairo_dock_preload_module_from_directory:367)  
  while opening module '/usr/lib/cairo-dock/libcd_xfce-integration.so' : (libthunar-vfs-1.so.2: Ne peut ouvrir le fichier d'objet partagé: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type)
