Why?
Because cairo-dock without cairo-dock-plugin is not cairo-dock?

I think cairo-dock-plug-ins was set in "Suggests".
And I intend to suggest to install plug in in a user with debconf.

cairo-dock-plug-ins-*

Current debian cairo-dock-plugin pakcage work in this way.

However, I think that it is the duty of a person making a package.
