Hi,

If he see that 'cairo-dock' is a meta-package which installs cairo-dock-core and cairo-dock-plugins, he will know that he can install cairo-dock-core package without plugins.

Do all users need all plug in?
Of course the user chooses the plug in that a user wants to use after
having installed all plug in and can make it effective / invalidity.
Your thinking constitution install all plugin.
Does not a user have the option to install only plug in wanting in?

If I have this thought with a developer, I incorporate all functions
in cairo-dock binary from first.
And I will add the interface that a user chooses a function.

> But I think if there isn't this meta-package, many people will install only cairo-dock (core) without looking outside (or complain on our forum) if a plugins package exists...

Yes,this funcion is necessary because there is a user to choose after
having installed all plugin,
or user who does not know existence of plugin.
However, there is the user who wants to choose plug in. I am so.

>>>Also, don't forget that each 'integration' plug-ins DO NOT required dependences (without shlibs)! These plug-ins are loaded if you use a WM or another (in fact if one library is installed)

I see.

Yes, I understand it.
We argue by an installation method of plugin.
1. The user chooses plug in after having installed it.
2. The user chooses plug in and installs it.

My ideal is to support both.
