Maybe you should completely remove the libcurl4-gnutls package, because 
it just doesn't exists, so it has no meaning in the dependencies even if 
it's in an OR relationship with the alternatives (because the real 
package is libcurl3-gnutls which is needed, as it contains the necessary 
library independently from it's name).

Status in Cairo-Dock : Plug-ins: Fix Released

Bug description:
The cairo-dock-plug-ins package's 2.1.4-0beta1-20100424-1debian1~ppa0~debian release has an unsolvable dependency with libcurl4-gnutls package. I searched this package in Ubuntu jaunty and karmic and also in Debian Squeeze and Sid but couldn't find.
Without this dependency the package can't be installed.

It seems, that this package has been removed from Debian...
