I think it's not.
I don't know how cairo-dock auto-hide works, but seens that is created a transparent clip area with the size of icons/bar animation, and this clip area is on top of my firefox window, preventing the drop. Curiously mouse click and drag works, but not the drop.

Bug description:
I'm usign cairo-dock at top of screen with auto-hide function. When I use the Firefox and try to drag an site to the bookmark bar, the drop wont work, and I discovery that is because cairo-dock. All the virtual area used by cairo-dock animation prevents the drop.
