Public bug reported:

I'm usign cairo-dock at top of screen with auto-hide function. When I
use the Firefox and try to drag an site to the bookmark bar, the drop
wont work, and I discovery that is because cairo-dock. All the virtual
area used by cairo-dock animation prevents the drop.
