[Bug 581884] Re: last update lost CD non open GL option and active zone icon

I am using CD v. 2.0.0-0beta0 as per your last update. Not sure which repository it updates from, I am using linux mint 6 so the updates come automatically from mintupdate.
OK, the dock appears to have settled down, and become usable, in that by moving my mouse pointer to the screen baseline edge the dock appears, and if quick enough I can mouse over and launch apps.
The config panel comes up fine but when I make changes and click apply it closes and doesn't save the change.
The option for a call back zone and image seems to have gone, or maybe you can tell me where it is now.
It is workable but not how I want it, my call back image was integral with my desktop theme. Small point but thats how I liked it.
Sorry but I cant remember what version was on there before Monday.
The flashing dock only appears on initial start-up. Thats a video driver problem I am aware of. However it didn't happen before the update, I am in non openGL mode.
Do you have an upload site for screenshots?

Thanks for responding, and appreciate any furher correspondence.

Paul

Bug description:
The last update was yesterday, I think, but I just had to reboot today and on restart CD flashed on screen once then disappeared. On retrying to start from Menu the dock stayed flashing until I moved the mouse when it disappeared again.
If I restarrt it from menu and leave mouse over dock area, right click brings up the config screens. Any changes to config are not kept and the apply button loses the dock again.
I have Linux Mint 6, with AMD video so OpenGl doesn't work.
until this reboot, making the latest changes applicable, it was working fine.
Please give me back the previous version.

Thanks

Paul
